In addition, as part of the tour, you can also visit our meliponarium and learn more about the honey produced by the melipona bees (endemic to Yucatan).
A species whose honey has been cultivated for centuries by the Mayan people. Honey in Yucatan has had an enormous cultural, environmental and medicinal importance since ancient times.
