We can reschedule your visit for another day and time without any problem. Tickets are non-refundable.

How do I apply the discounts?

Choose the appropriate fare when purchasing your ticket and present your valid ID or credential upon arrival. This applies to students, adults over 60, and residents of Mexico City.

Does the workshop include admission to the museum?

You can choose the option that best suits your visit: purchase just the workshop, or select the workshop + museum admission option to also enjoy the full tour of Choco Story Zócalo.

What happens if I'm late for the workshop?

We ask that you arrive fifteen minutes before your reserved time. Once the session has begun, admission is not permitted, and the ticket is non-refundable.
