Every tour includes a chocolate tasting and an audio guide in five languages. The figurine-making workshop lasts about an hour, requires participants to be at least 6 years old, and you get to take home everything you make. Can I change or cancel my ticket?
You can change or cancel your reservation up to 24 hours in advance by sending us a message with your reservation number. Within the last 24 hours, the spot has already been reserved, and no refunds will be issued.
How do I apply the discounts?
Choose the appropriate fare when purchasing your ticket and present a valid ID or credential upon arrival. This applies to students, adults over 60, and residents of Mexico City.
Does the workshop include admission to the museum?
No. The “Chocolate Workshop” rate of $500 covers only the workshop. To also take the full tour, you must choose the “Museum + Workshop” rate, which ranges from $580 to $730 depending on your profile.
What happens if I'm late for the workshop?
We ask that you arrive fifteen minutes early. If you arrive late, you can join the workshop once it has started and participate for the remainder of the session; if there is space available in a later workshop on the same day, we will reschedule you, and if there are no spots left, there will be no refund, since the spot was reserved for you.
Can I pay with a credit card?
Yes, we accept credit and debit cards, both for online purchases and at the museum ticket office.
What is the minimum age for this workshop?
Ages 6 and up. Children ages 6 to 12 must be accompanied by an adult with a workshop ticket.
Can the workshop be held privately or for groups?
Yes. For groups of 8 or more, the workshop can be booked for private use upon prior request.
